Landscape Lead (Hands-On Crew Leader)
Pay: $25–$30/hr (DOE)
This is a working leadership role—leading a small crew while staying hands-on in the field.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a crew on hardscape + softscape projects
Interpret and execute landscape/construction plans
Install pavers, block walls, concrete, and water features in addition to planting and irrigation
Maintain clean, efficient, and safe job sites
Track project progress, materials, and crew hours
Submit daily reports via apps/technology
Communicate with clients and management as needed
Requirements:
4+ years of construction/landscape experience (hardscape + softscape)
Proven ability to read plans and execute custom builds
Skilled with concrete, masonry, pavers, planting, and drainage
Comfortable using apps/phones/tablets for reports and updates
Physically fit, able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Valid driver’s license preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
